28 Aug A Wedding as Sweet as Pie
We love going to new places to deliver a wedding cake! This past weekend, we had the opportunity to go to Wachusett Mountain Ski Resort. We learned a while ago that all couples are different, and everyone has their own unique idea what their wedding cake should look like. Some couples don’t want a cake at all! This was the case for our happy couple this past weekend. Pies were on the dessert menu, including a very special wedding pie. Strawberry Rhubarb with a lattice top and roses and leaves made of pie crust. It looked beautiful!
In additional to their pie, there were mini pies, cannoli, cookies, brownies, fruit bars, chocolate covered strawberries and fruit tarts. SO much to choose from! The dessert buffet looked fantastic, and the bride and groom, along with their guests were very happy!
